Terms of delivery outside Finland
You order the products via online store. You have to be over 18 years old. You can choose to create an account to the online store. Creating an account is not mandatory.
After you placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation to your email with information about the delivery.

You pay your order online. The payments are securely processed by Checkout Oy. Payments is possible with Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard. Please contact us, if you want a pre-invoice from us.
The store's prices include 24% VAT.
Due to the new foreign VAT system, prices are changed at the checkout to match the VAT rate of the customer's country of delivery.
We process incoming orders every weekday, so your order will be ready for delivery usually within a two business days.
Orders outside Finland are sent by Posti International - Parcel Connect.

Sweden 2-4 days
Denmark 3-4 days
The Netherlands 4-5 days
If the package is returned unretrieved or due the customers incorrect information, we charge 13,90€ as the costs for returning and reshipping. Not retrieving the package is not a return.
Our products have 14 days return policy, except for fabrics already cut out to specific measurements. The returned product needs to be in the original condition with the tags left on. Return costs will be payed by the customer their self. If you wish to return a product, you must ensure that the goods return to us whole and undamaged. It is important that you always contact us email@example.com before sending back anything.
If there is anything wrong with the fabric, print, knitting or etc. please always contact us before washing or cutting the fabrics. Please note that the dimensions stated (width and weight of the fabric) are approximately the dimensions we have received from the manufacturer. Also note that different colors may look very different depending on what device you are using.
Our own products are manufactured in Finland and they are of high quality. If a mistake has taken place and there is a defect in the product, we will repair or replace the product. Pleace contact us.
If you are registered in our online store, your information will be saved in our customer database. Your information will be saved for processing your order, for filing and for statistics.
